Eve’ette Garcia Perea has over 25 years of dental experience. She has worked in all aspects of dentistry: Cosmetic Dentistry, Periodontal, Oral Surgery, and Endodontics. Her service focuses on encouraging healthy decisions, all the while keeping patients relaxed. Ms. Perea quickly establishes a relationship of trust and transparency with her clients. This allows Ms. Perea to educate them about their personal oral health, with the ultimate goal of inspiring them to take ownership of their own dental health needs; she places on emphasis on the correlation between dental health and overall systemic health. She aspires to provide a noteworthy customer experience, so that patients will walk away aware of the exceptional service they had just received.
Ms. Perea has an associate degree from Foothill College in Bio-chemistry. She served at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University, performing oral cancer diagnosing and treatment. She is currently attaining her masters in Dental Hygiene and writing her first dental children’s book. She is an active member of the San Francisco Dental Hygiene Society, the American Dental Hygienist Association, and the UN Women San Francisco Chapter. She also performs dental hygiene as community service.
Outside of dentistry, Ms. Perea is an avid writer. She is the published author of Power of Mystery: A Coccinelle’s Way of Life. She is fluent in Spanish, and proficient in Italian, Farsi, and Portuguese. She spends her free time by traveling, cooking, hiking, doing yoga, dancing, listening to music, learning languages and reading a good book. She likes to be known as the Ladybug Hygienist, “La Higienista Coccinelle”, an epithet from her first dental book, La Primera vista con la Higienista Concinella. She is a mother of two children.
